Is Neobux a Scam or Legit?

Paid-to-click services, survey websites, and ‘get paid to‘ websites are super popular and offer easy ways to generate some extra cash.

But not all of them are worth your while.

So, it’s only natural for people to question how legitimate a service might be. And WFHW visitors have recently been asking is “Is Neobux a scam?”

Let’s look at the facts.

Neobux is a PTC (paid to click) website that pays you for viewing sites for a certain period of time.

The amount you are paid varies according to the type of membership you have, the type and quality of adverts viewed, the number of referrals you may have, and lastly, the number of adverts your referrals view themselves.

is Neobux a scamThere are two membership levels:

Standard – which is free.
Golden – must be registered for 15 days, and must have viewed 50 advertisements.

The annual fee for the Golden Membership is $90.

Once you have achieved Golden Level and have at least 500 clicks you can purchase additional Golden Packs, these also last a year. These are as follows:

  • Emerald
  • Sapphire
  • Platinum
  • Diamond
  • Ultimate

There are numerous reviews that I have come across that seem to give misleading accounts of Neobux, so I decided to join Neobux myself to see what they offer.

After registering and confirming my email I logged into Neobux and had a look around first to familiarize myself with the layout.

The dashboard was well laid out, simple to understand, and showed the following:

  • Your membership level
  • The amount of advertisement clicks you have made
  • Advertisements seen by you
  • Advertisements shown by your referrals
  • Your main balance
  • Rental balance
  • And lastly, your Neopoints

Next, I was interested in the banners as having websites myself I thought this would be a good way of getting my own referrals.

But before you can do this you have to be a member for a minimum of 15 days and have at least 100 clicks registered.

Then I clicked on View Advertisements, where all you have to do is click on the adverts in the box, one at a time, by clicking on the red dot and waiting for the page to open in a new window and load.

Next, a bar goes across the bottom of the page followed by a button to click on at the top of the page which says:  “Advertisement Credited”. You can only click on your advertisements once every 24 hours.

There’s also a forum and chat to participate in, but you need to view a minimum of 250 advertisements before you can use either of them.

I will say that this is one of the easiest PTC programs that I have ever used, nice and simple, easy to follow, and the sites all load quickly.

Your first payment can be as low as $2 but will increase by $1 for each cashout until it reaches the fixed minimum payment of $10.

A fee may be deducted depending on the type of payment processor you use. Payments are made via Payza, PayPal, and Neteller.

I can see that after the initial 15 days and 100 clicks there is quite a lot more money to be made by getting referrals.

Initially, it would pay you to start with people you know such as your family and friends. But you still have to click on the advertisements yourself every day otherwise you will not see any benefit from having referrals.

So, is Neobux a Scam?

No, it is not.

Yes, you do have to participate every day and if you do not log in to your account for thirty days, then it will be closed and anything earned will be forfeited.

This is not unusual for this type of site. Many PTC sites do this or else they end up with loads of unused accounts.
