In this article, I’m going to draw on my 15+ years of experience as a Wealthy Affiliate member and show you how to get the most out of your Starter membership. Let’s go!
Step 1:
Create Your Starter Account

This literally takes under a minute and all you need is your email address.
Click the button below to create your Wealthy Affiliate Starter account and then follow along with my instructions below.
When you click the button, you will be taken to the page below (opens in a new window)
You will see a brief message from me, and all you have to do is enter your best email address and click the green ‘Get Started’ button on the right.
TIP: When you join using the link above, you automatically qualify for expert support from me at Wealthy Affiliate!
Okay, on the next page you have to add your name, select a username and create a password for your Starter account.
Then hit the ‘Get Started Now!‘ button and your Starter account is set up!
Step 2:
Essential First Steps
At Wealthy Affiliate
The first page you see as a Starter member is your Wealthy Affiliate dashboard.
This is the central hub for all of your activity within the Wealthy Affiliate community, but don’t be alarmed if it looks overwhelming at first!
It’s a very intuitive interface designed to fast-track your progress as a Wealthy Affiliate member. You will soon feel at home :)
The very first thing you need to do is complete your account setup.
In doing so you will increase your levels of interaction and support within the community.
This in turn will greatly increase your potential as a Wealthy Affiliate member.
In the image above of the Wealthy Affiliate dashboard, I have highlighted with red arrows the 2 areas where the option to complete your account setup will appear.
So let’s click on the first icon to select ‘Upload an image’. The following popup will appear:
This will create the profile image that appears beside your name when you become active within the Wealthy Affiliate community.
You can either use one of your Facebook images, browse for an image on your computer or choose a sample image.
This can be changed at a later date if you want to. For this demonstration, I’m going to click on the button to choose a cool sample image.
With the image selected, all that’s left to do is click the ‘I’m All Done’ button.
